My husband and I practice yoga together as a couple and Beth teaches us at our house. We started three months ago and we were both completely new to yoga. We both really enjoy her classes and she is an excellent teacher. The big benefit of practicing with just the two of us is that each session is tailor made to suit our abilities and Beth can give us a lot of individual attention. The fact that we are in our own home makes the practice even more relaxing and peaceful and it is also great for us to have this time together as a couple and experience yoga together. Since we started we have both found that we are more relaxed and I have found it easier to fall asleep at night. We would highly recommend Beth as a yoga teacher!
